We're in the Monday after a Super Bowl and they are going to over analyze everything. So what are four keys for you to look at, at a speech, a job interview. or any sort of public presentation to help you grow and not overanalyze because the first one I'll drop a hint is: it's not as bad as you think.
It wasn't as big as a disaster as you think it is, unless you're Patrick Mahomes. It was a disaster yesterday. There's no getting around that, but it is something that actually athletes are terrible at is overanalyzing the losses.
