Professional Background
I am the proud owner of both The SpeakEasy Academy and Jcam Productions, a production company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses tell their stories through high-quality video.
Prior to starting my own business, I had a distinguished career in Broadcast Television. I served as a Television Producer, Sports and News Anchor, and Feature Reporter.Â
Beyond my production work, I coach individuals and organizations on speaking and communication skills, leveraging my extensive experience to help others deliver impactful messages and develop compelling narratives. I also host "The Speakeasy Academy" podcast, focusing on effective communication.
Personal Life & Interests
Joe lives in Bend, Oregon, with his wife Liz, son Henry, daughter Finley. Family is a central part of his life, which he lives to the fullest in the High Desert. He is passionate about various causes and projects, including:
- Washed Ashore: Involvement with this initiative focused on creating art to save the sea.
- Otino Waa Children's Village: Supporting this village in Lira, Uganda.
- SObackroads: A series he started exploring hidden spots in the Rogue Valley.
